Spring is here at Sedona Cake Couture

The peonies are out! But, here at Sedona Cake Couture they're blooming in chocolate! Our delicate hand-made peonies added a whimsical touch to this elegant wedding cake. We are seeing more and more colored wedding cakes this year - and love it! 

We Love Wedding Monograms at Sedona Cake Couture

A beautiful Spring wedding at L'Auberge de Sedona and the bride loved monograms, as we do! The hand-made sugar flowers matched the centerpieces. The creekside wedding was one of Sedona's prettiest Spring weddings. The cake was designed by us with alot of input from the bride. We think she has really good taste!

Cinderella's Wedding Cake in Sedona!

The bride loved cinderella. So we captured the elements of her fairy tale princess in this over the top cake. We love doing colored cakes, cakes that are out of the ordinary, cakes that express a fantasy! Keep tuned for many more as we enter our busy wedding season! Pongracz and Bozonne Wedding Cake

These photos were taken by renowned photographer Cameron Clark. Sugar hydrangeas and cabbage roses add a touch of whimsy to the elegant design of this cake. Inside was a dark chocolate espresso cake - we heard raves! 

Sedona Cake Couture Does More Than Just Wedding Cakes in Beautiful Sedona, Arizona!

Check this out! This is the beautiful Rebecca Francis! And this was the bridal shower cake Sedona Cake Couture made for her shower last weekend. We were told that Rebecca loved black and white! What do you think?!!!! This is the invitation that helped inspire the design!

 Inside this cake:  the "package" was our Signature flavor - flourless chocolate with vanilla cheesecake and ganache with raspberries;  the "lid" was our Orange and Chocolate Grand Marnier; the purse was dark chocolate cake with a truffle ganache filling. Every bit of this cake was edible!!!

Becky is marrying Keith Galbut on April 25th in Paradise Valley and we have the honor of making their wedding cake. Stay tuned. If you think this is special wait until you see the 5' high cake we will be creating for their wedding - with over 1000 sugar flowers!

Abby's Birthday Cake!!!!

Ever wonder what the birthday cake of a famous cake artists' grandchild looks like? Well, here you go! Andrea Carusetta-Blaut of Sedona Cake Couture created this 3 tiered kid's birthday cake for her grand-daughter Abby's 2nd birthday! In the background is 5 year old Breanna. The cake is 3 "slices" of cake that are all decorated up! Inside was her favorite flavor - chocolate! We had to light the candles 3 times because she loved blowing them out so much she kept wanting to do it again and again!
